Today sees the start of the Scottish Province Championship at Greenacres Curling Rink. Renfrewshire will this year be represented by a team from Paisley St Mirren skipped by Jamie McDowall, and we wish them well in the competition.

Season 2024-25 Fixtures
The draws for some of this season’s Province competitions have been released. The Ramshead starts off the season with opening fixtures on Friday 11 October, with the draw for the Barratt Cup knockout competition and the Ladies League also available.
Season 2023-24 Prizewinners
Reform win Shand Harvey
The Shand Harvey was played on the weekend of 17/18 February with Reform CC lifting the trophy , and their Saturday team winning highest-up rink.
Reform win Ladies Broom
The Ladies Broom competition tok place on Wednesday 17 January with Reform CC winning the Broom. Highest up rink was the Reform team playing at 15:15.
Dunbartonshire retain Gilmour Cup
On Saturday 16 December 2023 Dunbartonshire retained the Gilmour Cup at Greenacres by one shot.
Scores were level after four ends and only one shot separated the four rinks at the end of the match.
Renfrewshire were represented by Greenacres Young Curlers (against Alma), Muirdykes ( against Cadder), Between The Sheets ( against Cardross) and Neilston ( against Helensburgh).
New Season Fixtures
Season 2023-24 fixtures for the Ramshead Trophy, Barrat Cup knockout, Ladies League and Ladies Broom competitions have all been set and can be found under the relevant tab in Competitions above. The season opens with a Ladies League match on Tuesday 10 October when Uplawmoor meet Newark.
